Healthy Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice I love almond milk
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder optional - see note

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

Notes

The pineapple is naturally sweet but if you like your drinks sweet, add the vanilla protein powder.  I could only tolerate a half a scoop without being too sweet for me but I also really enjoyed the drink without any too.  Feel free to play around for your personal palate.
